If you cancel your appointment on the same day, a $25 fee will be charged to your account. This helps us manage our schedule effectively.
The cancellation fee compensates for the time and resources allocated for your appointment, which could have been used for another client.
To avoid the fee, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to fill your slot with another client.
Unfortunately, the cancellation fee is non-refundable. It is a standard policy to ensure fair use of our services.
The $25 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card you used to secure your appointment. Please ensure it has sufficient funds.
If you reschedule your appointment ahead of time, no cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your effort to accommodate your schedule.
